Once you have paid for Servicing, you will receive an email confirming you have paid for Servicing.

There will be an Attachment for you to print off, complete, and put in the parcel with your Jacket/Vest.

Please ensure that you unscrew the CO2 cartridge and take it out before sending the Jacket/Vest back for servicing, as the cartridges are not allowed to be sent by conventional post.

Please include the Coil Wire or Lanyard and Saddle Strap with your Jacket/Vest for checking also.

Service will include:

• Receipt inspection and documentation;
• Activation (Key box) inspection, re-setting, fitting with a test CO2 cartridge;
• Activation and airbag inspection;
• Re-setting and re-packing the airbag;
• Basic cleaning and disinfection;
• Photographs and Report and usage assessment;
• Recommendations ;
• Supply of parts and accessories as required - subject to agreement and payment;
• Any special requirements or actions are to be agreed (additional payment may be applicable);
• Packing and Return.

This involves approximately 2-3 hours work, the cost of a test (CO2 cartridge) , cleaning , drying and disinfection; and return packing and postage by Standard Post. Please allow at least 2-3 days.
