RETURN POLICY and SPECIAL ORDERS
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. 
If the order is cancelled you will get full refund, however there may be some fees incurred by the Payment Authority, such as PayPal. 
We cannot cancel the order if the product has been already shipped out. 


Returns
We accept return of products.
Please ring or email us first to discuss your return.
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all fittings and swing tags and documentation. 

To complete your return, we may require a receipt for proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please see our receipt or other documentation to get the return address.

Please advise us of the tracking number of your dispatch. It is best to arrange “Sign on Delivery” to have confirmation of our receipt.

Customers will be required to pay for return shipping expenses where a change of mind, change of ordered size, or exchange is requested.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. 
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.
You may need to advise us of your preferred receiving Bank Account.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. 
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account which is outside our control.

SPECIAL ORDERS (as at 1/1/21)
Due to the very limited requests/Orders for certain models, sizes - particularly Small or Medium, or colours, we may need to make a special import order for you.   You will be advised if this is the case.

Normally, the individual shipping cost from Japan is approximately 75AUD - 150AUD per jacket, and a 2 week shipping time is required.  
The cost is dependent on the Currency Exchange Rate, number of jackets in Order, and other shipping conditions such as in CoVid19 times as shippers and flights are limited and costs are therefore higher)

We will subsidise the shipping cost by about 50% (ie. currently, 40AUD) per jacket.
The Purchaser will be charged an additional Handling Fee of (currently) 40AUD per jacket .

These jackets are a Special Order and we are most unlikely to be able to re-sell them due to the very limited demand for that particular model/size/colour. 
 As such any return or exchange of that jacket will incur a further Return Surcharge of 40AUD.

In some cases, a Return or Exchange may not be possible due to the nature of the Special Order - eg. a custom design,.
If this is the case you will be advised prior to your Order, or as a condition of acceptance of the Order.

The additional storage and holding cost of un-sold jackets impacts on our overheads, and reflects on the prices of all jackets.
